To add/change an avatar:
1. Open your profile (or click on the photo from a post)
2. Click on the edit link in the mini profile
Then click on the avatar (or you can skip the edit link and just click on the avatar in the profile)
3. You will then be able to upload an image from your computer (browse and then upload) or select an image that is already in the avatar folder. To set an image as your avatar, just click on it.
When the next screen pops up save the change.
If you had a personal photo on ezboard you probably still have that image as your avatar. I do recommend that you go ahead and upload that image to your yuku avatar folder as you might not get it back if change avatars at a later date. I really, really recommend this if you are using an image hosted by someone else. You never know when they will close out their hosting, delete your image or change the image in that spot.
To convert that image:
Right click on the avatar and select "Save picture as" (save image as in FF) and decide where on your computer you want to save the image. Make it some place easy to find, I recommend your pictures folder if you have one.
Save the image.
Then follow the steps above to add to yuku.
If you aren't sure where your avatar is hosted, right click and select properties. This will tell you the url of where the image is stored on the internet. If you have Firefox, you can just right click and one of the options is Block images from and the domain name. If it says static.yuku.com, it is hosted on yuku. If it says aol.com or photobucket.com or anything else, then that's where it is stored.
